Saved Library data stays in your browser. Contact and Dispatch information is sent only when you submit an active form.
The public site can be read without an account. The Saved Library feature stores selected title identifiers in your browser using local storage. The Salon planner creates a file in your browser when you ask it to download a reading plan. Clearing browser storage can remove locally saved title selections.
When Dispatch signup is active and you choose to subscribe, the service may process your email address, selected interests, site language, confirmation status and the timestamps needed to manage confirmation and unsubscribe requests. A confirmation email is required before an address becomes active.
When the contact service is active and you submit an enquiry, the service processes the name, email address, enquiry category, optional title selection and message you provide. A reference number may be created so the House can identify and respond to the request.
The site uses infrastructure providers for hosting, storage and email delivery. Information submitted through active forms may pass through those providers only as needed to operate the requested service. The site does not sell personal information to advertisers.
The deployment can support limited first-party event measurement when that feature is enabled. Measurement should be used to understand site performance and navigation, not to collect manuscript content or create advertising profiles.
You can browse without subscribing, clear Saved Library data through your browser, unsubscribe from Dispatch through the link provided in subscription mail, and contact the House about a privacy question or request concerning information you submitted.
When first-party analytics are enabled, the site may count events such as page views, title opens, downloads, saved-title actions, subscription completions and retailer clicks. The V5.4 event endpoint is designed to store aggregate event dimensions rather than email addresses or account identities. Newsletter and enquiry information is handled separately for the service the visitor requested.
Campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign may be attached to aggregate events so the House can understand which public campaigns lead to useful actions. No retail purchase is processed on the Platinum Pegasus site while direct checkout remains inactive.
For a privacy question, identify the service you used and the email address associated with the request if relevant. Do not send passwords, financial information or sensitive personal records through the general enquiry form.
