Primary navigation, overlays, forms, save controls and core page links are designed to work without a mouse. Full-screen menus and search dialogs return focus when closed, and visible focus indicators are part of the interface.

Motion and animation
The site respects the browser's reduced-motion preference. Decorative movement is limited and should never be required to understand the content or complete a task.
Reading and contrast
Body text, controls and critical labels are designed for practical reading sizes and contrast. Large editorial typography is used for hierarchy, while essential information remains available as ordinary text rather than only inside imagery.
Responsive layout
Pages are designed to reflow across desktop, tablet and mobile widths without requiring horizontal scrolling for the main reading experience. Touch targets and spacing are reviewed as part of the mobile interface.
Images and structure
Meaningful imagery uses alternative text where the image contributes information. Decorative images can be hidden from assistive technology. Pages use headings, landmarks and labels to preserve a sensible reading order.
Downloadable documents
The English PDFs include marked text structure and document language. HTML reading alternatives are available for all English PDFs, including print-layout variants. These changes have not been certified for PDF/UA or tested with every screen reader; print layouts may still be easier to read through the HTML alternative.
Ongoing review
Accessibility can regress as content changes. New title pages, forms, downloads and language editions should be reviewed again when they are updated rather than relying on a one-time audit.
